Latest update:
My office work is still predictably busy, end of year, lot’s of project deadline, and limited resources.
Enough with the small talk, lately, I felt that I’ve lost focus, dunno what to do/where to go next. I really feel the urge to sit down and think about my next step, (it’s nearing new year also, so I think is a good time to evaluate, ponder, and think about what to do for next year).
What God speaks to me lately:
As u knew, my W880 is broken, and I’m currently using nokia phone. Last saturday, when I’m about to go to church, I feel the urge to bring my headphone (which is practically useless because I didn’t have my SE anymore). I remind myself that it’s useless to bring the headphone and just stupid, there would no way I’m going to use the headphone (I didn’t bring iPod, and my nokia needs a special headphone). But anyway, somehow I feel the need to bring the headphone, so i put it in my pocket anyway (feeling a bit silly, knowing that it’s useless, well, at least from my point of view).
Then something unexpected happened, during the service, my friend reach to me, and said that he needs to borrow my headphone. I’m startled, then I reached my pocket and lend him my headphone. You might just think that it’s just a coincidence, but this little incident startled me. There, that very second, I feel that He’s speaking softly to me:
1. To me it’s useless, but it’s useful to God. To the world, or according to human reasoning, it may seems impossible, failure, or useless. But it’s not necessary true according to His point of view. Have FAITH!! I’m not useless, and I’m not a failure!!
2. God still speaks to me, and that He still care about my life. This little incident proves that He wants to remind me, that He’s still thinking about me, and that He’s still there at my side.
